We’re pleased to announce the publication of our latest white paper Organizational Change Management Adds Agility to Strategy.

The paper combines insights from organizational change management (OCM) and project / program management to give organizations in edge in effectively executing organizational strategies. With guidance from out papers, you'll be able to:

  • Execute projects and manage the change they create
  • Define what will change and why
  • Determine which stakeholders are involved, what they need to know, and how to bring them on board
  • Identify relevant metrics to communicate progress and the value of the change.

As a bonus, the paper includes PM Solutions' Project Phase Organizational Change Management Table, which helps project managers manage change seamlessly along with other priorities as they move through the project life cycle.

In January, we will be publishing "research briefs" summarizing the data in this white paper, so stay tuned for these additional resources!

And as always, we value your feedback and comments on our work.
