What is the PMO of the Year Award?
The award salutes a Project Management Office that has demonstrated excellence and innovation in developing and maturing an organizational structure to support the effective management of projects. It is a showcase for PMOs that have demonstrated vision and business acumen in implementing new ideas, methods, or processes that led to measurable improvements in project management realizing business benefits for their organizations.
New for 2013
We are very excited to share that PM Solutions and the Project Management Institute (PMI) have come to an agreement to transfer the PMO of the Year Award program to PMI for the 2013 Award and beyond.
The PMO of the Year Award is a perfect addition to PMI's prestigious group of professional awards, and opens exposure of the program to a much larger group. It will be presented at the 2013 PMO Symposium and co-presented by PM Solutions.
The Call for Nominations will open March 1, 2013.
