Eric Foss is an executive-level leader and consultant who bridges the gap between strategy and business value delivery. Eric is a Michigan State University graduate. His advanced professional development focuses on the areas of strategic management and leadership, organizational design and dynamics, organziational change management, and emotional intelligence. This together with his professional certifications in project management and portfolio management serve as a foundation for pragamatic application of best practices. As an author he has contributed to multiple books: The AMA Handbook of Project Management; and Portfolio Management - How to Innovate and Invest in Successful Projects. As a speaker, he has presented at numerous professional events including the Rocky Mountain Project Management Symposium, Regis Univerity-PMI Roundtable, PMI North America Congress, Project World, and Microsoft Project Conference.
