We seek experienced professionals capable of immediately supporting a wide range of our service offerings. Consulting services include:

  • Conducting Organizational, Program, Portfolio & Project Management Maturity Assessments
  • Establishing Program & Project Portfolio Management Infrastructure & Processes
  • Launching Strategic Project Offices
  • Developing and Integrating Methodology
  • Performing Project Review & Recovery
  • Leading and supporting both short and long-term projects serving in capacities such as Mentors, Program and Project Managers, and Project Controls Specialists.
  • Identifying and Delivering Corporate Training Programs through our PM College
