In our 2024 survey, we identified:

• Customer Satisfaction: These PMOs also excel in maintaining project stakeholders' satisfaction, with a score of 4.4 out of 5. This high level of satisfaction is indicative of their ability to meet or exceed the expectations set forth by project customers, which in turn fosters long-term business relationships and a strong reputation in the marketplace.
• Quality of Delivery: Ensuring that projects are not only completed on time and within budget but also meet quality standards is another hallmark of high performers, who score 3.2 in this area. This focus on quality ensures that the final deliverables are reliable, effective, and ready to provide real value from the moment of completion.
