Celebrating 30 Years: The Values and People Behind PM Solutions’ Journey
Thirty years of success doesn’t just happen by accident – and in the case of PM Solutions’ CFO Dawn Swope, that success comes from strong relationships, shared values, and hard work. And it even more importantly comes from the people who show up every day committed to doing their best, which Dawn has done for 27 years with PM Solutions.
As Dawn reflected on PM Solutions’ 30 year anniversary, she said,
“I’m grateful to have had a front‑row seat to PM Solutions’ growth and transformation over the years. Early in my career here, I was fortunate to learn from mentors who shared two core values that shaped their approach to our business:
- Our people are our greatest asset
- Treat others the way you want to be treated (the Golden Rule)
Carrying those truths into my daily work has grounded me and given me the right perspective. They align perfectly with our Core Values—Relationships, Integrity, Agility, and Excellence—and I’m proud to work alongside a team that genuinely lives those values in their work every day. When I think back on the many associates and business partners who’ve been part of our journey, each name brings a story—some funny, some tied to client success, and some from the tougher moments that stretched us. But every one of those individuals left an imprint. They helped shape who we are as a company, and they certainly helped shape me.
It’s a joy to celebrate 30 years of PM Solutions. What a privilege it’s been to be part of this journey.”
