The PMO White Paper Series: New Release

Just as a recap, over the years PM Solutions Research has published a unique series of white papers describing various stages and processes of successful PMOs. Over the years, we have gone from Establishing a Successful PMO to Resource Management and the PMO to PMOs Move Toward Agility ... and now we just unveiled our newest, Evolving the Established PMO: Become a Strategic Partner.

Taken together, and used in conjunction with our research studies (The State of the PMO, The Adaptive Organization, and The Strategy Execution Process Benchmark), these free resources guide project management leaders through the process of institutionalizing excellent project management in their organizations. They provide a continuously updated (white papers are updated periodically as we complete new research studies) source of data and best practices to act as addenda to our award-winning books.
