As I reflect on these 30 years, I’m amazed by the breadth and diversity of organizations we’ve had the privilege to serve: pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, utilities, non-profits, federal, state, and local government, mining, automotive, motorcycle, oil & gas, aerospace, food and beverage, retail, engineering, energy, technology, public transportation, universities—and so many more. Across every engagement and spanning many continents, PM Solutions and PM College have made a lasting impact by helping organizations improve performance, strengthen delivery, and achieve better business outcomes.

Personally, these 30 years have been defined by the relationships we’ve built and the memories we’ve created. It has been a true privilege to work alongside our consulting and training teams and to witness the innovative, thoughtful, and creative solutions they bring to our clients every day.
