Thirty years in business is more than a milestone. It’s a reflection of consistency, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients succeed. That commitment has been an integral part of PM Solutions since day one and defines the organization today.   

At the end of last year, Kurt Foehl, Director, Business Development, returned to the PM Solutions team and brought with him a passion for project management success that had been reignited. In his own words: 

"When our now CEO, Bruce Miller, reached out to me over 25 years ago to join PM Solutions I knew next to nothing about project management. Good thing Google existed so I could look up what he was talking about. I took the leap at a time when I was secure in my career and had no reason to consider a change. What I didn’t know at the time was that it was absolutely the right time to enter the space and spent the next 10 years enjoying the ride with a team of consultants and trainers who were the best in the business. 

"After rejoining Bruce and PM Solutions at the end of 2025, and experiencing the continued growth and commitment, I have recaptured that feeling I felt so many years ago. As larger consultancies are pivoting, trimming budgets and reducing personnel, PM Solutions has continued to grow and has remained focused on client success. A wise mentor of mine once told me to focus on the success of my clients because if they are successful, I will be successful. After 30 years, PM Solutions has remained true to this mindset."
