I've looked at a few details from this study in previous blogs, but I'm most excited about the larger story told by the results: that project management is changing on multiple fronts, and that organization leaders who embrace change can experience improved outcomes by adopting these new approaches.
High-performing organizations in this study were more likely to score high on the use of agile or adapive approaches; more likely to try AI for problem-solving; more likely to resolve resource crunches by employing Project Management as a Service strategies. But it isn't all about process; high performers also lead in providing training to their people, and are more likely to stress trustworthiness as a key trait in project leaders and teams.
