Overview

This course is for anyone preparing to sit for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project PMP® certification exam. This course will review each of the ten knowledge areas, plus the introductory chapters that provide an overview of the framework and the role of the Project Manager. Through lectures and practical questions, participants will focus on the key concepts, terms, and principles necessary to successfully earn their PMP® certification. In addition, participants will become familiar with the exam format and structure. Participants must have a copy of the latest edition of the PMBOK® Guide and PMP® Exam Outline to refer to during class.

Participants receive access to practice exams for post-course preparation. Over 25 mock exams with more than 1,000 questions provide participants with valuable insight into the exam experience and serve as a valuable tool in preparation.
