Managing Consultant w/ PMO Portfolio Process & Program Management
As a consulting professional with PM Solutions you will help our clients deliver results against some of their most complex business initiatives.
From Strategic Advisor to Hands-On Driver
The role of a consultant is diverse by the very nature of the job. You will likely be involved in a broad range of activities from conducting organizational assessments and process review/redesign, to implementing and mentoring clients on program/project and portfolio management methodologies, to performing in key hands-on program/project management leadership and support roles in order to help our clients implement new initiatives.
Long term success with PM Solutions and our diverse range of clients means the ability to adapt and perform in numerous roles: from highly consultative management advisor – to project management execution with the ability to step into a hands-on project management leadership position to drive the successful completion of mission-critical initiatives against plan.
Position Requirements:
- Prior PMO Assessment experience required.
- Experience implementing standardized project management and portfolio management processes.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves to effectively manage mission critical programs and projects.
- Past experience managing complex IT and business projects.
- 10 Years hands-on project manager and client management experience.
- PMP certification required, PgMP certification desired.
- College degree required.
- PA/NJ/DE based preferred and must be willing to travel 100% as client assignments require onsite work at various location outside the immediate area.
