With a strong history of investing in and empowering its employees, PM Solutions has transitioned its long-standing Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to become a completely 100% employee-owned company as of July 1, 2025. Going forward, PM Solutions will be governed by a Board of Directors, including Co-Founder J. Kent Crawford, PMP, and President and CEO Bruce Miller.
