Solution
The food and beverage company selected PM Solutions as its Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) partner. Hitting the ground running, PM Solutions’ project management professionals led the implementation of the company’s PMO, focusing on Governance, Portfolio Management, and PM Methodology. PM Solutions also invested in quickly understanding the organizational culture in order to serve as an extension of the company’s own team. In partnership with the organization transitioning to ongoing operations, PM Solutions established an accelerated orientation and onboarding process to ensure that PM Solutions’ project management resources were a good fit and prepared for the client’s environment.
