Bruce Miller

As President and CEO, Bruce plays a pivotal leadership role within PM Solutions/PM College as both the chief executive and the leader of the company’s business. His main responsibilities include ensuring the success of PM Solutions’ clients and employees, managing the company’s operations, and making key decisions that shape the company's growth trajectory. He is instrumental in setting the overall vision and strategic direction, overseeing and guiding the leadership team, providing operational leadership and oversight, and driving profitability and company value. Bruce brings executive leadership experience from both highly specialized and global professional services firms. His business experience is reinforced by an MBA from Xavier University and a BBA in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.

A graduate of Michigan State University, his professional focus includes strategy, leadership, organizational design, and change management.

Kurt has been a thought leader, publishing articles on topics like digital transformation pitfalls, PMO types, AI in project meetings, and the value of niche consulting, while actively engaging with relevant communities to advance leading practices in the field. His perspective reflects a practical, client-centric approach honed over decades to enable measurable improvements in complex, regulated, and project-driven environments.
