During the initial services delivery period, our partnership with you and your PMO focuses on accelerating initial PMaaS operations set-up and proof of concept. We continue this close working relationship as we proceed into ongoing delivery and evolution of our services.

Business Partnership Is the Key to Consistent Successful Delivery

While our primary partnership is typically with the PMO, we also establish relationships with Sponsors and other leaders who our resources are supporting. Our PMaaS delivery leader conducts check-ins with these leaders to better understand their specific business areas and maintain awareness of our resources’ performance. This allows necessary delivery-focused interventions and reinforcement of delivery behaviors that drive success across the organization – both at the individual level as well as the PMaaS community level.

We realize staffing challenges for new projects or programs can stretch your organization’s staffing capabilities. Filling project leadership roles presents additional challenges over more tactical delivery and technical roles.
