Project Management as a Service

During the pandemic, many organizations deployed virtual project management tools and strategies to keep their organizations moving ahead. According to our 2021 research study, How We Thrived: Virtual Project Management Practices During the Pandemic and Beyond, these virtual strategies not only helped organizations to maintain steady progress, but actually resulted in improved organizational performance, compared to previous years. One of the key strategies noted in the study was Project Management as a Service (PMaaS).
