Program / Project Manager to lead HR Initiatives

PM Solutions is all things Project Management.  We are a Project Management Consulting firm helping organizations apply project management and PMO practices to improve business performance.

We are growing and looking for a strong general (not solely IT) Program / Project Manager to lead several HR projects which are focused on Governance, current states, and developing road maps and business cases for future state.  Must be local or commutable to Camden County, NJ.  This is a long-term contract.


5-10 years Project Management experience.
Experience managing multiple work streams and multiple initiatives.
Ability to understand and create the large picture view of the overall project scope.
Experience working with HR teams is a huge plus.
Major systems conversion experience is required.
Experience with Workday is preferred.
Experience working in healthcare environment is preferred.    
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including formal presentation skills and ability to translate technical and non-technical communications based on audience understanding.
Commitment to a high level of integrity, honesty, openness, willingness to accept feedback, and engage in constructive debate.
Strong ability to hold self and others accountable to delivering results
Proven decision-making capabilities and sound judgment, objectively evaluating pros, cons, trade-offs and alternatives.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.  Able to partner with stakeholders at all levels to achieve project objectives.   
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. 
PMP certificate (PMI) or other Project Management Certification required
