A number of clients seek project controls expertise to support their ever-expanding portfolio of corporate and technology projects! Successful candidates will bring strong experience working both within and outside formal PMO structures to develop and implement procedures, systems, issue logs, performance metrics and reports pertaining to program/project status and forecasts.
Required Skillset:
- 10+ years setting up and managing the project controls function, tools and project reporting for large, complex capital programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement project controls processes and templates; mentor and manage junior schedulers; and be instrumental in directing the implementation and set-up of P6 tool as part of the project start off.
- Must be experienced in and able to create, update, and maintain budgets, schedules, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, dashboard reports, and other project control systems and reports to monitor and drive the overall success of projects.
- In-depth working knowledge of MS Project, Planview, Clarity, Primavera P6 or related project management and reporting tools is crucial and should be noted on cover letter.
- College degree required. PMI-SP or PMP certification desired.
