PMI Congress Kicks Off Today!

October 23, 2011 | by Jeannette Cabanis-Brewin

The annual PMI Global Congress-North America opened this morning in Dallas, Texas. If you are there, stop by and visit our booth on the tradeshow floor, where Michele Stephano will be holding down the fort along with other PM Solutions and PM College folks. Our new book, An Inside Look at High-Performing PMOs should be on the shelves in the PMI Bookstore.

Then, Monday morning, catch Debbie Crawford's presentation, "PM Training Pays for Itself" at 9 a.m. She'll share the results of two research studies sponsored by PM College over the past 18 months.

Monday afternoon Kent Crawford will present "Lessons from the Best" - a tour of the highlights of our new book. He'll show how award-winning PMOs have met challenges in project, program, people, performance, and portfolio management. Be early! Kent's presentations tend to fill up quickly.

    Michele Stephano says:

We are very excited to be in Texas for PMI Global Congress! The grand opening reception on the show floor last night was a great way to kick off the event. Be sure to stop by our booth, #607, to meet our experts and browse our collection of cutting-edge research and white papers.

Check out Debbie Crawford’s post about the PMI Congress keynote by Malcolm Gladwell on our sister site, the PM College blog: www.pmcollege.com/blog. It gives the saying “Reuse, renew, recycle” a new spin!
